We have been lifting you up in prayer to our Lord and Savior every day. Today, on the feast of Pentecost We especially pray for your strength and courage to cope with the cross you bear. We know you are a warrior for God and I know he is always with you.
Tomorrow is the anniversary of your ordination to the priesthood. You are a treasure to all who know you and love you and we thank you for saying”yes” to God’s call.

Sometimes there are no reasons for what happens that we as humans can understand. The plan of God is perfect and there is true joy in the resurrection. As we each move through our own journey to God we are called to find HIm in all things. You are an amazing example of someone who has used God’s gifts to help make the world a better place for others. Now those you have touched have a chance to give back in prayer. My prayer is for the will of God to prevail. May God bless you with strength and may you be comforted by His great love. May the Blessed Mother bring you comfort and watch over you. Had a “chance meeting” with Angelo…a well spoken young man and a current Sophmore at Cristo Rey Jesuit.
He was at St. Dominic’s in the gift shop visiting with a Religious Sister volunteer worker and a resident. I had heard of Cristo Rey…and asked Angelo, “Why Cristo Rey?” The answer was something like, Well really my Mom was mostly the reason, but that I wanted it too! Invited this sweet soul to truly consider a vocation to the Priesthood and to really pray about it…he is a keeper! Of course they all are! lol
He told us about you…so here we meet by email. Please know that we carry you with us and are praying for you. We will pass the word to all we know! Praying Jesus continuously showers His gifts of the Holy Spirit upon you and keeps you overflowing with His grace…great to know of your infectious excitement for God! The last time I saw you (I think) you were saying Mass at St. Agnes for some reason. I remember it was beautiful. I am so very sorry to hear you are so sick, and I don’t at all understand it.
